Shipping policy

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1~5 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 11:00 AM will be processed and shipped out the same business day.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the post office to get your money back.
